Lovely! If you didn’t want to ferment honey (largely because you’re not up to it — this may or may not be hypothetical), any suggestions as substitutes? 🥰

Hi Liam! In this specific hypothetical situation (😂), then normal honey drizzled over the labneh would be almost as delicious. Treat yourself to a nice jar from an independent producer. I've served this plenty of times and it's a lovely snack. Radishes are a really good dipping accompaniment.

Thank you very much! Noted and the radish! I live in Dubai and there’s some pretty good local honey brands about. Also Omani and Yemeni honey are delicious. Highly recommended if you ever see them about. Cheers again for the recommendation 🕺🏼
